Adhere to agreed timelines for feedback and approvals.
Ensure all content provided (logos, images, etc.) is legally owned or licensed.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to initiate any project.
Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final assets.
Late payments may incur additional fees or delay project delivery.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds for completed work are at the discretion of NYK Films.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by NYK Films remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients are granted usage rights as outlined in the project agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
NYK Films is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana.
